My dream is to excel in my career as an HR Professional and I aim to learn as much as I can in the short time and climb the corporate ladder while I’m at it. Working in HR is something I have always wanted for myself because I can stand up for employees in the workplace and stand up for what is right. I always wanted to have a career that enabled me to help others and HR helps me do exactly that. I want to work mainly in IR and therefore specialized in it in my Honours Qualification. I also enjoy the recruitment side of HR and have grown in terms of how to recruit and select in my current position at a call centre as an HR Administrator. Working in a call centre has exposed me to a variety of functions of HR so now I am quite diverse. I am very articulate and aim to do my best always. If I’m not proud of it them I know I didn’t do enough. I push myself to be the best in everything I do, in short, I’m a go-getter.
