Supply Chain Management

South Africa

Im currently unemployed candidate who has never participated in any internship programme before, I am applying for Logistic or Supply Chain Management field. Firstly, I strongly believe that this opportunity is an essential and beneficial step forward in my career advancement. I believe that my determination and perseverance will make me a competitive candidate. Furthermore, I fully recognise that the graduate programme may serve as requisite for further employment opportunities. Due to an increasingly competitive job market, the value of such a programme, in the context of South Africa’s high unemployment rate, cannot be understated.

I have always believed that success is a function of hard work and opportunism. As such, the graduate programme would allow me the opportunity to experience delivering services to the public. My medium and long term goal is to be employed as a permanent staff member, and ultimately perform an integral function within the firm.

With regard to what I am able to offer to the firm, I believe that my values and commitment to achieve the optimal outcome for the corporation stand me in good stead to partake in this programme. Should I be considered for this opportunity, my pledge would be hard work, integrity, discipline and an orderly approach to my duties. Furthermore, I am determined to deliver services to the public efficiently, effectively and equitably.
